To make a contribution and receive the tax credit, please do the following:

Download and complete the Arizona Tax Credit Contribution form (also available at our office). Designate your favorite Show Low school(s) as the recipient and which department or activity you would like your donation used for. If you do not have a preference, you may indicate “as needed.”
Attach your check made payable to Show Low Unified School District.
Drop off or mail your contribution to:

Show Low, AZ 85901
We’ll mail you a receipt for tax reporting purposes.
