Dear parents, students, and staff,

We regret to inform you that our school district is currently experiencing an outage of our phone and data services due to an equipment failure. We want to emphasize that this is not due to a cyber attack or any security breach. We are currently unable to receive or make phone calls, send or receive emails, or access our online systems. We understand that this may cause inconvenience and frustration, especially for those who rely on these services for communication and work.

We want to assure you that our IT department is actively working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we anticipate that the outage will last for the rest of the day, but we expect to have everything back to normal by tomorrow.

During this time, please note that our school buildings are still open and classes are proceeding as usual. If you need to reach us, please try emailing us or contacting us through social media channels, as we may be able to access those systems intermittently.
